Steve completed a business diploma in Information Technology Management at Ryerson University, then moved on to New York University Stern where he achieved a Masters of Business Administration specializing in Management. Real estate and sales has always been his passion and focus because of the family land development exposure throughout his childhood and adolescent years. Unprecedented inventory access to presale/pre-construction condos with Tradeworld Realty Inc.’s coveted builders and developers network fuelled many successes at the start of Steve’s career. While at Tradeworld, he spent several years working for pre-construction condo developers as in-house sales, such as, Kantium Development and Construction, Cresford Development, partially with Cityzen and Aspen Ridge. A decade later, a transition to Homelife Best-Seller Inc. helped Steve improve on mass market resale branding overall and as well as provided numerous opportunities to learn from many top producers at Homelife within the residential resale realm.
